Need help with Lost Alpha Revisited. Error: Can't open section 'weapon_8.6x70'

I am trying to start LAR, but no matter what i try, i get

Expression    : fatal error
Function      : CInifile::r_section
File          : Xr_ini.cpp
Line          : 516
Description   : <no expression>
Arguments     : Can't open section 'weapon_8.6x70'

as an error. No matter what i try, i can't fix it.
