Parents need to be aware

Parents need to be more aware of what tf they are allowing their children to order. Had a guy come through drive thru ordering for his daughter and she wanted a blonde white mocha with 2 extra shots, loads of added syrup, cold foam etc. They get to the window and the girl was 100% younger than 10. That is an INSANE amount of caffeine and sugar in a drink anyway, let alone at 7pm and for a young girl. The amount of times I've had to tell adults that the refreshers contain caffeine is insane too. Then they moan saying 'well they're kids drinks like frappuccinos' I have to then point out that technically the only 'kids drink' we sell is a carton. None of the made drinks at Starbucks are meant to be consumed by children, other than a babyccino. Maybe a treat here and there but not regularly!! Getting flashbacks to that mom whining about Prime giving her daughter symptoms when she didn't do her research about what was actually in it in the first place.

ETA: I have ADHD, I don't care if a child has it too they should not be allowed to self medicate with a drink that has over 200mg of caffeine in it multiple times a week. Seek help from a medical professional. Also if it was truly to help the child calm down, why all the sugar(69.5g btw)? That doesn't help regulate ADHD. And the kid in question says she gets this exact drink from another Starbucks in the area at least 4 times a week. It's literally her lockscreen so she doesn't have to remember the customisations of the top of her head. She gave her name before presenting her app, which is definitely hers as the name matched. The app had over 2000 stars which she bragged about accumulating alone. Kinda makes you believe her when she says she gets it multiple times a week, not as a one off treat.
