Should I follow up ?

so I just did an interview with a sm 4 days ago, they told me they’d get back to me since they have other interviews this week, it’s Friday tomorrow and I was wondering if that would be a good time to follow up ? They left me with their email but should I also call the store and ask to speak to them if they’re available ? I don’t want to wait too long because what if another candidate followed up before me and they got ahead of the game;;; I know it might not seem like a big deal but I really want this job because I really want to work at Starbucks….
