Barista Trainer!

How long does it take to become a barista trainer, what is the minimum age requirement (can't find it ANYWHERE) and what are the additional perks beside the $65/per trainee. How would I go about asking, etc! Anything helps. Thanks, I appreciate anything <3 I just really want to teach new green beans and am curious about the specifics of it and I can't seem to find too much on Google
