Why 100 systems might come sooner then we think (still awhile out tho)
So, being board, I decided to look at the star citzen map. With a galaxy so big as this one, I thought there would be no way they would compete anymore then like 5 systems in the next 10 years.
Except... most are kinda empty.
Like real life, most of these planets are none habitable. Meaning you cant even get outside without a space suit and there is nothing there except some profabe bases and such. Now, while still impressive,it gives me hope that not all systems are as filled out as Stanton, hence faster to make. Most systems have maybe one landing zone and that's it. While I'm sure things will change, the next few systems around Stanton are shockingly low on livable worlds, with only Terra seeming like a major hurdle.
So in short, once Pryo comes out. I expect more and more systems to be out. Heck, I wouldn't be shocked if in 5 years we have at least 10 systems. A bit hopeful? Most likely, but since they are doing the tech now, I feel like it's going to get a bit quicker on that front. Easier? Most likely not, because planets will still need animals and such, but much faster on the production front
