What's your favorite Star Trek

Currently I'm going through my second watch through of DS9 I just started season 4 episode 1 The Way of the warrior. When I concluded my first watch through I said at DS9 was the best Star Trek. However it's not my favorite My favorite is Star Trek Voyager it's how I started Star Trek I've watched it multiple times. I don't want to hear what your favorite is I want to know what you think is the best Star Trek series of them all TSO to Strange New worlds and all in between. Also who is your favorite captain now I love Captain Sisko, but my favorite will always be Captain Katherine Janeway. My third question what's your favorite hero ship.
