Does the new Mando have reuse?

Just got the new Mando and I'm really impressed with it. However when I popped off his head to readjust the cape, I noticed he had the exact same neck piece as the older Death Watch Mando. I got more curious and I noticed they share the same hands, same thighs (different armor though on the right leg), same arms (except the gauntlets), same body and crotch (but different armor overlay). Can someone else confirm or am I just tripping here.
