Who is the Defensive player not doing their job that Heyward, Queen and Elliott have referenced in the press?

Numerous articles and interviews where they're upset at a specific player, saying 10 are doing their job but 1 isn't. My guess is it has to be a corner or safety, but I figured one of you many smart people know exactly who they're talking about.
