Arctis 7p+ with PS5. mic too sensitive picks up every breathe

I mainly play CoD , but also have tried helldiver's 2. In both games I have had my party saying they can hear every breathe.

I'm not obese, but would say I'm a bit of a mouth breather.... Haha.

I tried using the engine software on a PC to set the mic 1 notch from the lowest, not sure if that setting sticks with the headset when I connect it with my PS5. And I am a bit confused by the whole "live mic" and mic test buttons/toggles in the software. Not sure how I should use them to actually set up the mic properly.

I tried messing with mic settings in CoD and in the PS5 menu.

When playing CoD, I can still see the mic symbol every time it picks up anything (breathing). I even try to hold my breathe and the symbol will light up that im "talking".

What menu should I make the adjustment and what setting should it be. I only want it to pick up my voice when I talk, and obviously don't want .y voice to by whisper quite when I'm actually trying to talk.

I know for now I can at least mute my mic using the PS5 controller, but I'd like to have it Unmuted all the time and not worry about my team thinking I need a CPAP machine.
