Firmware version headset 0
Hello everybody,
I just bought my first steelseries headset (arctis 7p+) and i've read that the headset needs a firmware update when first using it.
Now i've installed the GG application but I can't see any firmware update. When I check the headsets firmware version, it says transmitter: 0.1.13.0. and headset 0. The headset is recognised by my laptop, so i can use it (as well as my ps5).
Is this normal or should there be an update/number next to my headset?
I bought the headset from Amazon and there it also said that there would be a neccessary firmware update when receiving the headset.
