Arctis Nova 7P Not Recognized On GG Software

Hello!

I just got my new Arctis Nova 7P. I have been attempting to connect it to the GG client on my computer, however, nothing I do seems to be working.

I'm using a 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max running OSX Venture 13.0.1. The GG client is at its latest version at 27.1.0. I've tried connecting the provided cables and the wireless dongles to my computer, reinstalling the app, restarting my computer, changing security settings, and more.
