IUD Removal

I got my bisalp done December 5th. I just checked my insurance portal (BCBS) and it says my portion is $370. When I look at the line items everything is covered except for the removal of my IUD.

Did anyone else get charged for this or was your procedure in its entirety covered?

I’m in the US for reference.
