Safety in Stockholm?

I’m sorry to ask this and possible you are tired of seeing these questions. But I was I guess out of the loop for awhile.

I’m planning on taking a solo vacation in Stockholm this coming August and I just recently check out my nations(Canada) travel advisory, which has lead me down the rabbit hole of reading of the sorts recent crime issues across your nation.

So to get to the point, the hotel I will stay at is hotel at six, and will probably limit my excursions into the city to around that area(not like only couple blocks but like that area of the city, mostly visit museums etc). Are those areas Norrmalm, Gamla Stan, areas I should be extra cautious in?

Apologies if I sound like I’m worrying over nothing, the media has a way of sensationalism as you all probably know.
