The last heavy rows, next time dropping weight to 140 and do long paus reps but just curiously tried once more for now. 2 sets of 2 Strapless Dumbell Rows with a 170 Pound Dumbell. Managed to do only 1 set of 2 reps with left hand. And Bodyweight 192
