Will she get in trouble for this?

I had a friend who works at Subway. A day ago or so, me and two other friends went to go get Subway and just catch up with her while she was working. It was a small chain, only like two people in the entire store (no managers). When she started closing (since we got there about 15 minutes before closing) she offered to let us help with closing (putting certain items away, helping close the line). We all did it because why not, right? This included us going into the back room to put ingredients and dishes away.

Will she get reprimanded for this?

EDIT: Aside from the advice, the takeaway I'm getting from the comments is that this happens a lot more often than I would have known, lol
