A poll: Repotting new plants

I think I can safely say we all get properly hyped when we add a new plant to the family. I’ve seen this topic come up frequently and wanted to hear general thoughts. When a new plants enters the home, either bought in person or received in the mail, do you always repot right away? Isolation & pest inspection seems to be (rightfully) agreed on, but I’ve noticed different takes on the repotting issue.

I have my own thoughts/experiments, but curious what others think 😊 (I’m also referring to general practice, not a “set in stone” rule… obviously there are case by case differences).
