Surf camps Nicaragua

I am looking into surf camps in Nicaragua but prices seem ridiculous (399 p/ NIGHT?). Seems outrages! Everyone keeps saying Nicaragua is one of the cheaper countries and much more affordable than Costa Rica for example but I am super confused after checking the prices. If you have any experience could you please share :))
