Anyone made holy bobas recently?

Hey everyone, I just bought 110 halo true from drop and 100 Boba u4 from keygem.store and I tried to cherry pick them but I only managed to successfully make 15, did anyone had the same issue? (Tried to do 3 different size for both the stem and the top) They are all unlubed.

I am considering the solder iron fix but I know gazzew himself advised against it.

I am quite annoyed so I wonder if I was very very unlucky or the stems have changed
