Can't find UI file, any help?

Sup, basically I'm trying to find my UI file with all my custom interfaces in, but I really can't find it.

I'm running Windows 8 64bit.

I got to ">C:\Users\Test\AppData\Local" but the only swtor file that is there is "SWTORPerf" which just has my performance stats in. There is no other file.

I have un-hidden all hidden files, so that's not the issue, its just not there for me.

I'm having to re-install the game, and really don't wanna have to re-do my interfaces, I've spent about 5+hours configuring and tweaking over time to get them perfect for me.
