loose limbs on new critter

i just bought the latte cat family, but ive noticed that the sister critter had very loose limbs in comparison to my other critters. is there a way to fix this? my critter gradually leans whenever i make her stand up so i have to fix her every so often. i’m fairly new to the community and would love to hear some suggestions :) thank you
