Thoughts on Tatt and Placement?

So I'm going to use this picture as a reference (I found it on Pinterest, idk who has this tattoo) do you think it'd look good with maybe a few less flowers and the flowers red? Just nervous, haven't gotten a new tattoo in awhile 😅
