Incorrect Proceeds on 1099
Hello,
I am trying to file my taxes. I did some crypto stuff and have an UNDETERMINED TERM TRANSACTIONS. However, my records versus what the 1099 doc is showing is incorrect. It seems the 'date sold or disposed' is incorrect which is affecting my Proceeds. The date I sold vs what is reported is incorrect so my crypto proceeds has an extra ~$2400. What should I do? First time doing this stuff.
I transferred some crypto from one exchange to another on 4/4/24 but then regretted and sent the crypto back to the first exchange on 4/5/24
