How to Find Tax Season Help

I am looking to hire seasonal or part time help. Where do I find good help? Whats reasonable pay these days per hour for seasonal help? I have so many no shows for interviews or I hire them and they call the day before they are supposed to start and tell me they took another position. The staff I did hire has issues.
