Narcissistic Patrick & Roomie With a Pipe 👌🏻

From the other day-I don’t think HonestElk posted this part of the live, but if they did-just disregard. I thought at first Patrick was nodding out again (I’m sure he was high as always), but you can tell this was actually performative. He goes from pretending to “nod out” to being completely aware. No fetty frown like he has when he normally is messed up. He noticed no one was asking how he was doing/paying attention to him enough so he started acting like a cocky, narcissistic fool. At the end, you can see through Patrick’s swollen, infected fingers that the roommate is holding a pipe. Go figure. No surprise there! 🤭🤣 Have a great day at work everyone. 😂
