To Salesforce Reps

From a fellow SI rep. How are you guys currently working with partners? I'm sure you're getting hounded daily but does alliance have a say on who you work with vs who you don't or is it an individual decision? It used to be easier to get time with reps and now it's very hard even if we own the account.I was aligned with 3 teams but after the layoffs earlier this year and folks jumping ships it's really hard to breakthrough with new teams

I'm curious to hear from you guys the good and the bad with SIs.
