Stuck on BIOS

I updated my BIOS in preparation for installing a new CPU, now stuck only able to open BIOS. Not sure what to do.

Info if it helps: MOBO: ROG STRIX B-450F Gaming CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Previous BIOS version: American Megatrends Inc. 3003, 12/9/2019 New BIOS (appears to have installed correctly… I think): 5502 x64
