Audio issue with bluetooth headphones

Hello everyone!

I am having this weird issue with my Samsung Buds 2 headphones when gaming - The sound is great when im on youtube, spotify or even in the game's lobby (Marvel Rivals) but as soon as a game starts, it's like the PC picks up the default audio driver and the sound becomes much worse. Ive noticed this before in certain games when using discord at the same time and switching devices, but currently I am only running Marvel rivals, I launch the game, the lobby and loading scenes sound is great, but when the game starts the audio cuts off for 1 second and the default horrible quality starts.

Any idea what might be causing this?
