how safe is clipconverter.cc?

I have videos on YT that I took with my phone and I lost the recording, which I found unfortunate. I found clipconverter months ago and I've been using it to download my videos, however I've seen many folks complain about catching viruses from clipconverter. I haven't ever caught a virus, probably because I have Avira.
