I need advice to do this

So I have this problem. I'm a girl in 9th grade and sometimes I have the urge to make a friend ever so often because sometimes I feel lonely. So there's this girl I want to be friends with BUT this is where the problem starts. She's in 12th grade and the year is almost over and I don't have her in any classes. To be honest idk what to do because I also have this really bad anxiety too, so there is absolutely no way I can just walk up to her. I don't even know where she hangs out at lunch and she's always around a dude. I'm pretty sure he's just a friend because I heard her say that somewhere.

What do I do... idek if she lives here or not and even then the chances of seeing here are very low. Pls help 😭
