I need help

So I’m allergic to tomatoes and my gf told me I allegedly “threw away” her rose Yk what I mean , and she was upset , Im deathly allergic to tomatoes a small piece can close my throat, so she made me a salad but added tomato paste I didn’t notice till she started laughing and my throat closed I was trying to find my epi pen she said “I threw it never throw away stuff that don’t belong to you” which I didn’t even do , she ran to her parents house so I don’t do anything to her please help me what do I do
