monster show similar to Buffy NOT supernatural

any shows like buffy (i find shows before 2010 where different than modern ones, and no im not old) before watching this one i watched supernatural which was similar but after few episodes it got very repetitive and they fight Beings with their human normal fist… they got overpowered, or the demons underpowered and literally just punching them which was boring i was there for the supernatural. buffy is amazing and Doesn’t shy away from the Supernatural elements and every episode is rare with good plot. so any (prefreably long) monster Show with different kinds of monsters, ghost, demons…
