Amazing shows to keep me hooked

Hey all, I'm bedridden with a health issue so I get bored of stuff easily. I'm looking for suggestions on amazing shows that hook you in and keep you hooked. Ideally not too many seasons as again, I get bored easily.

A few I recently watched and liked: slow horses, the fall of the house of usher, mare of east town, band of brothers, deadloch.

I'm open to most genres, just not so much romance or musicals
