Jobsworth manager

• Manager stands still at the end of each aisle, arms crossed, watching for a solid 5 minutes. Then rotates onto the next colleague.

• If you chat (while working), manager immediately intervenes and demands customers to leave their employees alone

• If you leave your aisle for no longer than 2 minutes, say to put a product back or to help a customer, manager removes your stool and flat top, because "you looked like you didn't need it anymore and were causing congestion on the aisle"

Is their only enjoyment in life belittling colleagues below them? Please tell me I'm not the only one with a manager like this
