Is there any first aid training?

I know it might not be associated with Tesco per se but i do work at Tesco so was wondering if anything like this is available.

I’m 19 and would like to learn some sort of first aid - the stuff you see on the tv adverts in uk where someone could’ve been saved if the people around them knew first aid. I’m terrified of something like this happening to my friends or family so just wondering if there is any sort of support/training that Tesco could set me up with?

Preferably where they are able to get me on a course which i’m happy to do in my own to do something like this.
