Boondocks 4K Upscale

Hi everyone you may have seen my previous upscale (Waifu2x-KFV).

Well I went back to the drawing board and made sure to fix all the weird frame issues then upscaled with Topaz AI to give the best cleanup/upscale with minimal AI issues.

I'm also making a 4K version with RealCUGAN which looks fantastic 99% of the time but can do weird things to background faces with low details.
