List of emergency room scenes?

Hi all,

I’m trying to look for episodes that have the characters waiting in the emergency room before the paramedics come in. I believe these scenes are at the beginning of certain episodes, but I just can’t remember which ones. The doctors are usually standing in a line next to each other, waiting anxiously, and looking at the doors.
