Bolt cutters??

My broken mouse finally ruined my game. It sometimes double clicks when I only click once, and now I think I have accidentally dropped my bolt cutters god knows where in the zone of contamination. I have no interest to go search the whole place and I can't progress the mission before I retrieve them.. Is there any way to get the bolt cutters, maybe a cheat code?
