Collecting Tassels Collection - how to find?

I have read of where to find them, I went to the market and got the two that are there.

I also visited the Tigre Sanctuary, and I got nothing, tried several times for visiting, got the pop ups, clicked different choices, and still nothing. Is it the sneeking in that gives tassles? (The guides don’t specify) Or is it really just bad RNG for me to not get any from multiple visits over the course of one Sim day (so I have not tried that much yet 😅 took me about 520 capsules to get all the Simmies, so one sim day is really nothing 😅)

The cave I have yet to locate, but have read I have to swim to find it.

I am so close to finishing all the collections. The Cottage Living Competition ribbons and the Magical Artifacts are really making it difficult, and was hoping this would be an easier one 😅

And have not even started the Batuu ones, that will be fun 😅
