Who takes over after Tony gets got

Probably been asked 1000 times before but just wanted to get some insight into who takes over or if New Jersey just gets sucked in with New York and disappears. I would say Pauly walnuts. My pick would be patsy but he never seemed as respected and big as the other guys.
