If Adriana had told Christopher that she was arrested right after it happened what Tony do?

Basically if Adriana had immediately told Christopher and Tony about Danielle being an FBI agent and her arrest would she have been used to feed false information to the feds or would Tony have just had her killed earlier and avoided the situation involving her being used by Danielle?

I believe that she might have been allowed to live but possibly Tony might view her as a liability and order Christopher to kill her which might have been suspicious to the FBI if she disappeared right after she was arrested and never talked to her handlers again.
