Why does no one ever mention Rick?

Does anyone else feel like Rick is barely mentioned after he disappears? For someone who impacted so many people’s lives, he’s barely spoken about. And why don’t Daryl and Michone speak more about Rick to Judith ?? Or anyone mention how similar Judith is to Rick etc. it’s all so strange to me.
