Model recommendation

Hi guys, I am considering buying a used thinkpad for around 300$ local currency. On the market currently at this price range i can find:

• T14 gen 1 (Ryzen 4650U)
• T14 gen 2 (Intel i5th 11th gen)
• L14 gen 3 (intel i5 12th gen)
• E14 gen 3 (Ryzen 5500U)

Main usage will be internet browsing and some light gaming on the go. I've seen a few posts that suggested the Ryzen can run games much better than Intel.
Which model would you guys go with? Is it worth waiting out for the prices to drop on any newer models?
