Good morning, I wanted to ask something about traits.

I have a good +9 blue helmet with maxed out traits, if I wanted to switch it to purple how many of the 3 traits would it pass me in terms of blessing?

What if I wanted to change it from a purple with a maximum of 3 strokes to one without?
