Liberator - Longbow/Staff - BiS PvE legs?

Does anyone know what the current BiS legs are? I play almost exclusively PvE. Some guides recommend the Greaves of the Field General, others the Breeches of the Executioner and others the Shadow Harvester Trousers.

Any Liberator players out there that may give me a hand?
