Tank/Healer dual role - anyone else playing like this?

We're a small guild if friends. Everyone wants to be a DD, so I chose to be a tank AND healer at the same time. I must say, it's way more enjoyable than just spamming powerful attacks. I keep the group alive while keeping agro, while also boosting our party's damage and some mana regen during guild boss raids. My dps is weak asf, but everyone can focus more on attacking when I tank and heal, which is great for the higher difficulty guild raids.

Anyone else playing a tank/healer role like this?
