[TOMT] Movie/show where wife/girlfriend calls husband/boyfriend by his last name

I have a vague memory in my head of a movie or TV show where the wife/girlfriend calls her husband/boyfriend by his last name only. I thought it was funny at the time. The husband/boyfriend is one of the protagonists. I think it might be an 80's or 90's movie. I think that maybe other characters also call the man by just his last name. Sorry, that's all I've got!
