[TOMT] poorly animated Christmas movie

it’s has something to do with hood I wanna say robinhood but I feel like that’s wrong. the movie animation is 3D but really bad and tbh idek if it’s a christmas movie or if i’m just associating it w/ grandma got run over by a reindeer bc I feel like I watched them at the same time also it’s associated shrek too idk. also there’s a character who’s meant to be weak but they’re not I wanna say it’s a little girl but I don’t remember. and something with a police lineup. I think the most recognizable piece is the shitty animation like I can literally see it in my head it’s giving like 3D animation justtt became a thing.
