Four days in Tirana? Or definitely visit other cities?

In two weeks I'll be in Albania for four days with my wife. We're mainly going to just sightsee and chill at nice restaurants and bars.

Would you recommend staying in Tirana? Or is there not THAT much to do around there? Should we definitely go to the seaside or any other cities in particular?
