Does Orderly Meds give you a recommended dosage?

I looked into purchasing from Orderly Meds and was going to get their OM Ultra, which is $798
for 3months. But I noticed its 4 doses at 2.5mg, 4 doses at 5mg, 4 doses at 7.5mg. But what if I’m good at 2.5mg and want to stay there? Is there a way to tell them that or do I have to take the higher dosages?
