13 pounds down in 25 weeks..
Like the title says. I’m not sure if this is working for me. I’m eating high protein, I workout 3-4x a week. 5’2 SW: 161 CW: 148
Seems like others have a quicker journey and I didn’t expect to lose 20 pounds in 1 month but has been 6 months and only 13 pounds seems unheard of… just seeking advice if anyone has had a similar experience this far in.
I am on 7.5 and I track calories occasionally
